3. Product Information

All tiaras are handmade and primarily created from authentic vintage jewellery. Vintage materials naturally show signs of age such as patina, slight scratches, variations in tone, or gentle wear. These characteristics are intentional and part of the charm, history, and uniqueness of your tiara. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and may differ slightly from photos due to handmade construction. Colours may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings.
 

4. Custom Orders

Custom/bespoke tiaras require clear communication of your design preferences.A non-refundable deposit (amount to be agreed) is required before design work beginsOnce materials have been sourced or work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Progress photos may be provided upon request.
 

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in British Pound. Ready-made tiaras require full payment at checkout. Custom orders require the agreed deposit upfront and full payment before shipping. Prices may be updated at any time without notice.
 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once an item has been dispatched to the courier, delivery delays are outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.
 

7. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges All sales are final.
Due to the bespoke, handmade nature of the products — and the use of one-of-a-kind vintage materials — Totally Tiaras does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photographs thoroughly before purchasing.

8. Damaged Items on Arrival

If your tiara arrives with clear damage caused during transit (not related to vintage wear), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, discuss possible solutions such as repair or partial reimbursement.
 

9. Care Instructions

Store your tiara safely in its box when not in use. Keep away from water, perfume, hairspray, moisture, and extreme heat.
Vintage components are delicate — handle with care.
 

10. Intellectual Property

All tiara designs, product images, website content, and branding (including the Totally Tiaras logo) are the intellectual property of Totally Tiaras. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used only for order processing, communication, and improving your shopping experience.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except when necessary for shipping or legal compliance.

12. Events & Wedding Shows

Upcoming events, exhibitions, and wedding shows will be listed on the website and social channels.
Purchases made at physical events are subject to these same Terms & Conditions.
